Knights Hill Minutes 

General Manager

The Manager is a full time employee of the Association and is hired by the Board of Governors to manage the community water system and the day to day activities of K.H.A.

Knights Hill General Manager is Fred Fortier.  He looks forward to meeting all new members of Knights Hill Association.  When you see him, please introduce yourself. Manager Contact Info.

Covenants and By-Laws

The Knights Hill Covenants exist to maintain and ensure the residential quality of our community.  The By-Laws define the governance of Knights Hill Association.  All members should be familiar with their rights and responsibilities under the Covenants and By-Laws Covenants  By-Laws

Building Control Committee

The Knights Hill Building Control Committee is responsible to the community to ensure that all improvements to your property comply with the Covenants.   Before any dwelling  is constructed or altered, plans and specifications must be submitted to the Building Control Committee for approval.  The Building Control Committee is comprised of three members who are appointed annually by the Board of Governors.
