KHA’s annual Memorial Day - CLEAN-UP DAY. Saturday 5/26/12. Was a great success. Thank you to all members that turned out to rake, plant flowers and shrubs, spread mulch and get both the beach and the pool areas ready for another full season of fun in Knights Hill.
Docks were taken out after Columbus Day as KHA readies for winter. KHA Staffer Heather takes charge of dock removal!

Kids' Fishing Derby Saturday 8/08/11 Great fun had by all! Congrats to all of the young fisherpeople and thanks to Diane & Ron Kostka and all that helped out.
Member discounts. KHA is working with merchants to provide discounts to our members.
Lake Region House of Pizza - 207-647-4611 KHA members and guests a 10% discount on purchases. They will also deliver to KHA for a $20.00 minimum. All one has to do is mention KHA and show the membership or guest cards at purchase.
Little Mountain Variety Store - 207-647-2422 KHA members and guests a 10% discount on all deli items (pizza sandwiches etc.). Just show KHA cards (blue or red) at time of purchase. They will also deliver to KHA for a charge of $3.00 with a minimum purchase of $20.00

Boat Slips - To be eligible for a slip a member must own a boat with a maximum length of 18'. The member must also be current on all association, water and assessment fees. Members who do not pay their association and water fees by 1 March of each current year will lose their current list status and must start anew. To be added to the list please contact The KHA Office. Members bare the sole responsibility to ensure their presence on the list.
Water Shut Offs & Freeze Ups- Winter means the possibility of pipe freeze ups. A freeze up in an empty house where the water was left on can result in thousands of dollars of property damage. An undetected water leak means loss of association water resources, low water pressure and possible damage to our pumps and delivery systems. Do you know where your shut-off valve is? Is it well marked? Can you find it under 3 feet of snow? Do you take proper precautions to prevent pipe freeze ups? If you need help finding and marking your shut off valve, please ask Fred Fortier, KHA Manager.
