The weather being reported is coming directly from Knights Hill.  The station is in Kent's yard  on the corner of Pondicherry and Moose Pond Drive.   "The station is a Texas Weather Instruments unit, so the readings should be very accurate, however the wind speed sensors are sheltered by the trees, so the wind registers much slower than actual wind speed."
