Knights Hill Association Inc. is the managing homeowners association for the Knights Hill Community. The Association does not act as an agent for any homeowner, or prospective homeowner, in the Community relating to the buying and selling of homes or lots. All Knights Hill homes and lots are privately owned.  Prospective buyers, sellers and renters should contact a local independent Real Estate professional who is knowledgeable about Knights Hill, for information and assistance including Covenants, Bylaws and Rules and Regulations of the Community. The Knights Hill Association does not get involved in private property transactions including the sale or purchase of homes or lots in Knights Hill.
