Located in the scenic Lakes Region of Western Maine near the White Mountains of Maine and New Hampshire, we are 40 miles from Portland, 140 miles from Boston and 18 miles from North Conway, NH. All homes are year-round properties on half-acre wooded lots. Knights Hill has a community water system with hook ups to all lots. The Association water system draws from pristine wells into a 30,000 gallon underground reservoir. As a regulated water utility, we are subject to all federal and state water control standards.
